For over 20 years, I've worked across private, parochial, and public K–8 school settings as a classroom teacher, curriculum designer, makerspace educator, and technology integration specialist. I hold a Master's degree in Education and Orton-Gillingham Classroom Educator and Reading Recovery certifications and I've spent my career putting those credentials to work alongside students and the teachers who serve them.
I started Innovative Teaching Solutions to help educators, school leaders, and administrators navigate the evolving world of AI with clarity, confidence, and purpose. I approach professional learning the same way I approach classroom teaching: by meeting people where they are, honoring what they already know, and building from there.
